Important Legal Disclosure
This page explains the separate roles in which Tyler Brewer provides services and the limits that apply to each.
When working directly with a member of the public, Tyler Brewer acts only as a registered and bonded California Legal Document Assistant (LDA), not as a paralegal or attorney. The consumer remains self-represented at all times.
LDA services are limited to self-help document preparation and related ministerial assistance at the consumer's specific direction. Tyler does not provide legal advice, determine legal rights or remedies, recommend legal positions or strategies, select legal forms for a consumer, negotiate or advocate on a consumer's behalf, or represent anyone in court.
The consumer decides what relief to request, what documents to have prepared, what facts and information to provide, and how to proceed. Tyler prepares documents from those choices and instructions. If a matter requires legal advice, legal analysis, negotiation, advocacy, or representation, the consumer should consult a licensed California attorney.
Freelance paralegal services are not offered directly to members of the public. Paralegal services are provided only to attorneys, law firms, corporations, governmental agencies, or other qualifying entities, and substantive legal work is performed under the direction and supervision of an active California attorney.
Attorney-supervised work may include document preparation, filing support, case organization, client communication at attorney direction, and administrative or legal-secretarial support.
Divorce coaching is a separate non-legal service focused on organization, communication, preparation, accountability, and practical support. It does not include legal advice, form selection, legal strategy, interpretation of law, negotiation, advocacy, or representation.
LDA business coaching concerns business operations, workflow, marketing, organization, and similar business topics. It does not authorize or include legal advice to consumers and does not expand the legal scope of an LDA.
Tyler Brewer is a registered and bonded California Legal Document Assistant, Kern County Registration No. 237, expiring March 19, 2028.
No attorney-client relationship is created by this website, an inquiry, an appointment request, or LDA document-preparation services. Nothing on this website is legal advice.
