With more than 17 years of experience in the legal field, I have worked extensively in California family law, estate planning, evictions, probate, and civil legal document preparation. Today, through Pro Se Legal Docs, I use that experience to assist people who have chosen to represent themselves and need professional help preparing, filing, and organizing their legal documents.

Based in Ridgecrest, California, Pro Se Legal Docs serves clients throughout Ridgecrest, Trona, Inyokern, China Lake, the Indian Wells Valley, Kern County, Bakersfield, and throughout California. I also have extensive professional experience serving the Central Coast, including San Luis Obispo County and Santa Barbara County.

As a California Registered and Bonded Legal Document Assistant (LDA), I prepare legal documents at the specific direction of my clients. Services include document preparation for divorce, child custody and visitation, child support, spousal support, parentage, Requests for Order, name changes, restraining orders, evictions, small claims, wills, living trusts, powers of attorney, advance health care directives, probate matters, deeds, and other California court filings.

My experience includes preparing petitions, pleadings, discovery, correspondence, estate planning documents, and court forms; managing electronic court filings throughout California; coordinating service of process; monitoring filing requirements and deadlines; organizing case files; and helping self-represented litigants manage the paperwork involved in their cases from beginning to completion.
