Tyler Brewer is the Lead Legal Document Assistant at Brewer Family Law, supporting individuals and families in Bakersfield and throughout Kern County, as well as clients statewide, with the preparation and filing of family law and related court documents, including divorce, child custody and support, Requests for Order, QDRO-related documents, and basic estate planning materials. He holds degrees in Paralegal Studies and Psychology, along with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master Certificate in Divorce Coaching, allowing him to combine precise, compliant document preparation with a clear, client-centered approach during major life transitions. Known for his attention to detail and steady guidance, Tyler helps clients move forward with confidence while remaining fully in control of their legal process.

Carrie Elrod is a Document Preparation Intern at Brewer Family Law, working from our Arroyo Grande location and assisting with the preparation of family law documents, as well as trusts, wills, and other estate planning materials. Her work emphasizes accuracy, organization, and procedural support, helping ensure client paperwork moves forward efficiently and with care. With several years of experience in customer service and elder care, Carrie brings strong attention to detail, clear communication, and a client-focused approach to every interaction. She has completed a Paralegal Studies Program and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at Southern New Hampshire University.
