No. Tyler Brewer is a registered Legal Document Assistant, not an attorney. I cannot give legal advice or represent clients in court.
Can you help with a divorce in Lancaster?
We can prepare divorce forms at your specific direction and provide administrative information about filing. I cannot choose legal strategies or advise which outcome to seek.
Do you have offices in every city listed?
No. Our listed meeting location is 626 W. Lancaster Blvd., Suite 135, Lancaster, CA 93534. Other pages describe communities served, not additional offices.
Can you help with child custody paperwork?
Yes, we prepare requested child custody and parenting time forms using your instructions. Legal questions should be directed to a licensed attorney.
What is divorce coaching?
Non-legal administrative organization: checklists, paperwork planning, timelines, and document organization. It is not legal advice, therapy, or mediation.
Are court fees included?
Court filing fees and third-party charges are separate unless expressly included in a written agreement.
Can you appear in court for me?
No. A Legal Document Assistant cannot appear as your lawyer or provide legal representation.
